These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to contracts concluded via the online store at www.sexdolls.cz between us as the seller and you as the buyer.

Under the sales contract we undertake to deliver the goods specified in your order, and you undertake to accept the goods and pay the purchase price stated in the order (including any delivery and payment-related fees, which you will always see before submitting the order). Title passes upon full payment and collection of the goods.

• 1.1 What do we sell?
  Adult toys, gadgets, erotic cosmetics and treats, apparel, films, and related items listed on the website. Purchases are permitted to persons aged 18+ only.
• 1.2 Does “contract” cover only goods?
  “Contract” here may also include service agreements.
• 1.3 Consumer contract?
  If you buy outside your business activity, this is a consumer contract and special protections apply. As a business customer, you do not have a right to withdraw without cause.
• 1.4 Consumer rights
  Right to withdraw (see Sec. 5), a 24-month warranty on unused consumer goods (per our Complaints Policy), and pre-contractual information rights.
• 1.5 Legal framework
  These Terms, our Complaints Policy, the Website Terms of Use, conditions stated on the website during checkout, your order and our acceptance; plus the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.). If there is an international element, the more protective consumer law of your residence may apply.
• 1.6 Consent to Terms
  By submitting your order and confirming on the site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
• Changes
  Your rights and obligations are governed by the version in force when the obligation arose.

The website lists goods with key features and prices including all taxes, duties, and fees. This listing is informational; a contract is formed only when we accept your order.

2.1–2.4 Ordering

Order via the website (form), or by phone/email where indicated on the site. Your order must include item identification, quantity, payment and delivery method, and your contact details. Before submitting you see a full summary and final price. You place a binding order by clicking “Confirm my order”. We consider the data accurate and complete—please notify us promptly of any changes. We confirm receipt by e-mail; this may not be acceptance unless explicitly stated. If needed, we may verify your identity/age; unverifiable orders may be refused.

2.5 Prices

Prices and shipping/packing fees remain valid while displayed. Discounts do not combine unless stated otherwise. In case of an obvious technical pricing error, we are not obliged to supply at the erroneous price and may withdraw. Price changes after you submit an order do not affect that order.

2.6–2.9 Form & language

The contract is not concluded as a signed hardcopy; it consists of these Terms, your order, and our acceptance. On request we can e-mail it or send a printed copy (postal charges may apply). Contract language is Czech unless otherwise agreed. We archive contracts electronically and will provide a copy on request.

Accepted methods: cash on delivery / cash on collection, bank transfer in advance, online card payment. Other methods as listed on the site. Some methods (e.g., COD) may incur a fee—always shown in checkout.

Skip Pay: due 30 days from delivery. By using it, you agree to Skip Pay terms and privacy information.

• Due date: cash upon receipt; bank transfer within 5 days of our order acceptance; deemed paid when funds are credited.
• Currency: CZK or EUR.
• Deposits: generally required for orders over CZK 5,000; we may require full prepayment before dispatch.

Custom builds / oversized stock:
– Made-to-order or unavailable items: 50% deposit in advance (non-refundable if cancelled by the customer).
– In-stock doll on COD (oversized): CZK 2,000 deposit as a collection guarantee (deducted from the price; not charged for card/transfer payments).

• Delivery methods: see Shipping & Payment. If none is selected, we may choose an appropriate method.
• Costs: depend on size/weight and carrier; the final price in the order always includes selected shipping.
• Lead times: in-stock items are usually handed to the carrier within 24 business hours after acceptance/payment. Out-of-stock items ship as soon as possible. Carrier transit times are beyond our control.
• Receipt: check package integrity upon delivery; report damage to the carrier and notify us immediately. Signing the delivery note confirms an undamaged package.
• Non-collection: repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the buyer; storage fees may apply (max CZK 10/day, up to CZK 500 or the purchase price if lower). We may also withdraw from the contract.

Consumers: you may withdraw within 14 days from receipt (for split deliveries, from the last part). Send your notice to our mailing address or e-mail; you may use our template form. We will confirm receipt without undue delay.

Exceptions under Sec. 1837 of the Civil Code: no withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, goods irreversibly mixed with others, etc. Adult toys and underwear (direct intimate contact) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Goods must be in original packaging/foil, with purchase documents and any free gifts, and suitable for resale.

Effects: the contract is cancelled ab initio; gifts must be returned with the goods.

Returning goods: within 14 days of withdrawal to our address/branch; do not send COD. Goods must be undamaged, unused, unsoiled, ideally in original packaging. Enclose copies of documents, your withdrawal statement, refund method (bank transfer/cash collection/postal order), and your contact details.

Refunds: within 14 days of withdrawal; we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch. Shipping costs are refunded up to our least-expensive offered method. Refunds are made by the original method or as you request; we may always refund to a bank account.

Return shipping: paid by the buyer.

Damage on return: inadequate packaging may reduce the refund; we may set off the damage against your claim.

Realistic dolls (sex dolls / male dolls) – warranty & returns

• Inspect your doll immediately upon delivery.
• Report defects or discrepancies with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
• If you may be entitled to compensation, do not use the doll; keep it new with all packaging. Used items cannot be accepted back.

14-day withdrawal: statutory exceptions apply to custom-made items and erotic goods—withdrawal is not possible.

The seller is authorized to sell goods under a trade license; consumer protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

• Custom prints/content: you confirm you hold rights to any images/text used; goods are for private use only and not for resale.
• Authorization & supervision: trade license; supervision by the competent Trade Licensing Office and CTIA (coi.cz).
• Complaints & codes of conduct: handled via our contact e-mail; we are not bound by voluntary codes of conduct.
• Communication & costs: contracts are concluded remotely; your connection/phone costs are borne by you.
• Correspondence: by e-mail, registered post, or in person; we deliver to the e-mail address in your order/account.
• Severability: invalidity of a provision does not affect the rest; contract changes only in writing.

Prices include VAT. No per-person order volume limit.
