📦 Standard orders received before 1:00 p.m. on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
🚚 We recommend placing orders for oversized goods, such as realistic dolls, before 10:00 a.m. so that collection by the carrier can be arranged for the same day.

Poland, Germany and Austria: usually 3–4 business days

In-stock models are prepared or dispatched on the day of the order or on the following business day.
- Showroom – free personal collection by prior arrangement.
- Pardubice – orders received before 10:00 a.m. are usually prepared on the same business day.
- Toptrans over 30 kg – free delivery; a deposit of CZK 2,000 is required before dispatch.

We order the goods directly from the factories, so the actual delivery time may vary. Approximately 99% of express orders are delivered within 30 business days. The stated price includes customs duty, VAT and subsequent delivery within the Czech Republic.
