RULES OF THE SHOPPING PROMOTION "4 + 1 free"

 

Article 1.

1. The company Original Products s.r.o., Business ID: 28854349, with registered office in Pardubice - Studánka, Ve Stezkách 163, ZIP Code 53003 ("Company"), is organizing a sales promotion titled "4 + 1 free" ("Promotion").
2. The purpose of this document is a complete revision of the rules ("Rules") of the Promotion. These Rules are the only document that definitively regulates the rules of the Promotion. These Rules can only be amended in the form of written supplements published in the same manner as this document.

Article 2.

1. The Promotion will take place from November 1, 2023, to December 24, 2023, on the e-shop www.sexdolls.cz, with the offer related to the Promotion being valid only during the specified period.

Article 3.

1. Participants in the Promotion may be both individuals and legal entities who are end customers and who meet the additional conditions stated in these Rules ("Customer"). The Promotion is not intended for individuals who purchase goods included in the Promotion for the purpose of resale.
2. Only Customers who meet all the specified conditions of the Promotion will be included in the Promotion. The Company reserves the right to assess, at its discretion, the fulfillment of the specified conditions by individual Customers and to exclude Customers who do not meet the conditions stated in these Rules at its discretion.

Article 4.

1. The Customer will participate in the Promotion by purchasing five (5) products labeled "4+1" ("Purchase") in a single purchase during the time and place of the Promotion as specified in Article 2 of the Rules.
2. The Customer will receive the cheapest of the five (5) products for free as part of the Purchase.
3. Each Customer can participate in the Promotion repeatedly, provided they meet all the participation conditions specified in these Rules.
4. The Company has the exclusive right to assess the fulfillment of the Promotion's specified conditions by individual Customers. The Company is authorized to definitively exclude a Customer if it suspects that the Customer has engaged in fraudulent activity or other behavior contrary to good morals. This decision to exclude the Customer is final and cannot be appealed.

Article 5.

1. These Rules will be available on the sexdolls.cz website throughout the Promotion period.
2. The Company can also be contacted in connection with the Promotion at the email address or phone number provided on the sexdolls.cz website.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer expresses their agreement with these Rules and commits to fully comply with them. Rights and obligations arising in connection with the Promotion, which are not regulated in these Rules, are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
4. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the Promotion or its duration without giving reasons and specifying compensation, and this will be done without any claims from Customers against the Company. Any such changes to the Rules or the Promotion will be announced in the same manner as these Rules. The Company will only make changes for extraordinary reasons, especially in response to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including technical or legal reasons, and provided that the Company always seeks to minimize the impact on Customers.
5. When exercising rights from defective performance (complaints) for goods within this Promotion, the procedure is governed by the applicable legal regulations, especially Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, and the Company's applicable complaint procedure.
6. If a Customer withdraws from the contract, the purchase price will be refunded to the Customer, and the withdrawal from the purchase contract by the Customer will always apply to all products purchased as part of the Purchase.
7. The authority competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising in connection with the participation of a Customer, who is a natural person - a consumer, in this Promotion is the Czech Trade Inspection, whose website (coi.cz) contains, among other things, information on the method and conditions of out-of-court dispute resolution, when this procedure can only be initiated on the basis of a Customer's request and only after the Customer fails to resolve the dispute directly with the Company. The form for initiating out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute is available on the Czech Trade Inspection's website.
8. A Customer who is a natural person - a consumer also has the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution online through the ODR platform available on the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=CS. The procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution is not mediation under Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation, or arbitration under Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration Proceedings and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, as amended, and its use does not affect the Customer's right to address their claim to the Czech Trade Inspection or the court.
