Custom-made products are ordered directly from factories. Production times vary by manufacturer, which may cause differences in delivery dates. 99% of express orders are delivered within 30 business days. Price includes customs, VAT, fees, and shipping within CZ/SK.

• TPE dolls: usually 10–15 business days.
• Silicone dolls: usually 20–25 business days.
• Extra features: may add 30–40 days.
• National holidays: may delay production due to queues.

For over 12 years we have tested product quality. Brands with lower reliability were excluded. We only work with trusted manufacturers, which allows us to offer better prices and fewer complaints.

We do not recommend using rented “second-hand” dolls. TPE is porous and may carry infections. Silicone is more resistant but hygiene still cannot be guaranteed. If you visit such a place, always use a condom, your own lubricant, and disinfectant.

• TPE: minor cracks – glued; bigger issues – hot air (approx. 165–185 °C depending on manufacturer).
• Silicone: repaired with glue only, cannot be restored to original condition.

• Fixed vs. replaceable vagina: fixed feels more realistic, replaceable is easier to clean.
• How much weight can I carry? Approx.: 25 kg ≈ 1 bag of cement. If you can carry two, you can handle ~50 kg doll.
